Reliability: The Piller UBT+ has an MTBF in excess of 1.3 million hours,
an order of magnitude higher than the highest-quality static UPS solutions
available.

Modularity: 560 kW for the UPS and configurable for the gen-set
presents an ideal level of modularity for the power infrastructure.

Flexibility: Electrically coupling the gen-set to the rotary UPS with an
energy storage device footprint typically 10% that of the alternative battery
solution, ensures good space saving and maximised use of revenue
generating space.

Efficiency: With a full-load efficiency in excess of 97% (fully on-line with no
ECO mode) and high partial-load efficiencies, the UBT+ ensures high PUE
values and the lowest overall Total Costs of Ownership for the owner / operator.

AP Premium Static UPS

The AP Premium series of static UPS is based upon IGBT rectifier and
inverter technology and configured as double conversion for maximum
system security. Module sizes from 100 to 500 kVA are available and
can be operated in parallel to enhance capacity or add redundancy.

The product has a smaller than average footprint and is feature rich with
sophisticated DC battery management capabilities employing load-
dependent fan control to minimise audible noise and maximise efficiency.

Piller’s AP Premium projects are hand-crafted in our ISO-accredited
manufacturing facility in Osterode, Germany ensuring the levels of
high-performance and craftsmanship synonymous with the Piller brand
for supplying “best in class” solutions.

APOTRANS Static Transfer Switches

The APOTRANS range of high-performance Static Transfer Switches are
available with ratings from 25 Amps to 1,600 Amps and can be supplied in
open-frames for adoption within third-party PDU's or with their own enclosures.

Available as 3-pole or 4-pole versions, these products are fuse-less and
have fault ratings up to 50kA for adoption in the most demanding of
environments where reliable performance is paramount.

APOJET Ground Power Units

The APOJET product range comprises both static and rotary technology
frequency converters providing reliable power to a range of aircraft and
critical airport systems. The APOJET AJS range provides 400Hz static
solutions from 40 to 180 kVA and the APOJET AJR rotary range from 20
to 315 kVA. For larger applications, units can be paralleled and bespoke
systems are available on request.

its in-house team of well-qualified and experienced Project Engineers
and site management personnel. We are committed to the highest
standards of safety throughout all activities and have the capabilities to
undertake CDM Contractor responsibilities where required.

Once installed, Piller UK can provide excellent levels of customer support
and service, utilising dedicated office-based technical support personnel
and a large team of 24/7/365 directly-employed service engineers located
throughout the UK. The service is backed up with strategic spares
locations in Cirencester, London, Manchester and Edinburgh, all
accessible on a 24-hour basis.
