Stakeholder engagement includes:

1. Community (stakeholder)
2. Client Stakeholder (Social Performance/ Transformation
department)

3. Client Stakeholder arranges engagement with the Community
stakeholder and the Zizwe Social Responsibility department
4. An engagement takes place with all three parties of interest If

need be for further feedback form either Zizwe, the Social
Responsibility department or the Community stakeholder, it is
then communicated via the Client Stakeholder
