Under the Jagdlust JV, a RFP process was
undertaken to identify a member of the
community with the relevant business skills
to operate a canteen. Mmamodipadi
Enterprise (Pty) Ltd was finally awarded an
Enterprise Development opportunity to
provide and manage the Jaglust Canteen
Services at Samancor ECM, Jagdlust Mine
with the start-up stock.

A Mandela day CSI initiative was implemented
for elderly citizens in the Glencore communities
where 21 donated blankets were handed over.
