weekend when faced with a problem on contact to troubleshoot a go-live issue
Friday afternoon at 4 PM. with DPE at Tampa General and then
delivered the fix by the next morning.
Brad Johnson, our archiver of anything Spok (Amcom). He is most likely the only one
that reads my bi-weekly go-live report and then warns us of any hidden customizations
to watch out for, such as an upcoming upgrade at Providence. He would most likely
remember his experience of installing Smart Suite at Mercy, Iowa 20+ years ago.

tool for Support and PSG to assist in

who seems to never sleep and enjoys
