Mesfin Yisma who works tirelessly at every who last week spent over 7 hours on
ESR until issue is resolved and saves the the phone with PSG and customer
weekend when faced with a problem on contact to troubleshoot a go-live issue
Friday afternoon at 4 PM. with DPE at Tampa General and then
delivered the fix by the next morning.

Brad Johnson, our archiver of anything Spok (Amcom). He is most likely the only one
that reads my bi-weekly go-live report and then warns us of any hidden customizations
to watch out for, such as an upcoming upgrade at Providence. He would most likely
remember his experience of installing Smart Suite at Mercy, Iowa 20+ years ago.

Telephony functions for Alcatel project.

John Dang, our QA manager, who is working
on building the foundation and getting us on
the automation track. Suraj Wankar, our Global Logic team
member who took the initiative of creating a
tool for Support and PSG to assist in
troubleshooting Spok Mobile issues.

Chad Schwartz, our weekend warrior,
who seems to never sleep and enjoys
all sorts of challenges thrown his way.
