               ascribed to Zarathustra (the Gathas); invocations and rituals to be used at festivals; hymns of


               praise; and spells against demons and prescriptions for purification. Gathas also give a positive

               life-affirming  message based  on Faith and Reason. They teach the simple principles  of Good


               Thoughts, Good Words & Good Deeds not based on Fear or Obedience but on Love & Personal

               responsibility. Zarathustra taught that every person must Think for one’s self and choose Right


               over the Wrong, be kind & generous towards the old, sick & needy and do charity. He also taught

               that God has made both men and women and they are both Equal. Zoroastrian religion promotes


               Great Respect for the Environment and other  Mutual Existence of all the Elements namely Sun,

               Fire, Earth and Water. ASHA, the Purity of your Body, Mind & Soul is the main Doctrine of


               Zoroastrian Religion, Zoroastrians offer their Prayers mostly before Fire and other Elements of

               Nature and wastage of any Elements specially Food and Water is considered as Sin.



                   Zoroastrian Symbols: The most common symbols of Zoroastrianism are the Adar the Sacred


               Fire. In Zoroastrianism, the sacred fire (adar) symbolizes righteousness and the presence of God.









               All prayers are to be said in the presence of fire.
