Overview:
In this lesson, students research the basic forms of business ownership: sole proprietorships,
partnerships, and corporations. While they are researching, they will provide examples of each type of
ownership. They will then compare and contrast the basic forms of ownership.
Activities:
Research the three basic forms of business ownership on your laptop and define each in a
Google document. (see below)
Complete the provided t-chart. (see below)
