                                 Hello again and welcome to April,

                                 Anne  Bradstreet  said,  “If we  had  no winter
                                 the  spring  would  not  be  so  pleasant.”    Ok
                                 then, this spring season will be Pleasant!  So
        many areas of the United States have had some “really” dreadful
        winter  days.    Some  of  you  did  that  spring  forward  day  with  the
        clocks, some of you participated in that spring board meeting and                           Contents

        the ESA Leadership Conference.  We all will have a choice how

        The Annual Leadership Conference held in Denver, Colorado was                       HQ…………………..            5

        was  pinned  as  a  new  ESA member!    Her  Grandmother,  Bernice                  Chaplain…………           8
        Elich,  a  67-year  ESA  member  of  Colorado  was  in  attendance.                 Foundation…………  11
        What an amazing legacy for these “inspiring” ladies.  We had an
        in-depth  workshop  and  discussion  on  “Leaving  Your  Legacy”.                   Philanthropic………  15

                                                        exercise  was  to  write
                                                        down  our  own  areas  to
        grow, 3 people we need and where we can connect with them.
        Ask your members that participated in the conference to share this
        journey with you. There were so many “inspiring” workshops and
        materials offered.   This is an amazing and informative week end
        and again everyone is invited to attend.
