5. Urges the member nations to build partnerships and establish
cooperation at
different levels which will include both regional and international levels
which includes,
a) Having regional bodies which will work in coordination of the state
governments;
b) Having bodies at the international level which will include the formation of
a committee under the supervision of the United Nations General Assembly;
6. Urges the member nations to have policies which ensure that children
get adequate education and the government can provide the children with
free education which will attract all the children and provide them with
various schemes like providing food so that it can ensure that education can
reach every student in every nation;
7. Recommends the member nations to take appropriate measures to
educate uneducated women so that they can become self-independent and
they can be independent, this can be done in coordination with Non-
governmental organisations and also provide vocational courses;
8. Encourages the Member States, in particular, transit and destination
States receiving persons forcibly displaced by armed conflict, to develop and
use early warning and early-screening frameworks of potential or imminent
risk of trafficking in persons to proactively and expediently detect victims and
persons vulnerable to trafficking, with special attention to women and
children, especially those unaccompanied;
9. Recommends the United Nations Voluntary fund to aid the member
nations taking measures to counter human trafficking;
10.Urges the Member States to increase their voluntary financial, technical
and logistical support for gender-sensitive training efforts, including those
undertaken by relevant funds and programmes, inter alia, the United Nations
Fund for Women and United Nations Children’s Fund, and by the Office of
the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and other relevant
bodies.
