DRIVING TRANSFORMATION :   At this juncture, I would like to congratulate Yang Berhormat Tan Sri

 The wave of transformation in the public sector began in earnest at   Talent Development

 own transformation in 2014. As 2014 is coming to a close, I am eager to
 see what their individual transformation entails.  The rakyat of today are a discerning and savvy lot, who demands fast,
               efficient and cost-effective services to meet their needs and expectations.
