critical infrastructure project, the Fy e Grade
Separation. This $13 million project will replace
an existing at-grade rail crossing that sits
at the entrance to the Port’s West Complex,
improving safety and schedule e ciency.
There are currently over 3,066 trucks and cars
entering the West Complex each day. This
grade separation will completely eliminate the
truck and vehicle delays, saving thousands of
annual idling hours.
The Port of Stockton’s near-term multi-modal
infrastructure improvement plan is tactical
and deliberate including replacing the single
rail bridge, widening Washington Street, and
rehabilitating nine miles of internal roads.

needed for the Port to continue achieving
success and realizing its vision.
