Please join us on Sunday, October 23, to hear the testimony of Samaritan’s Purse Shoebox
recipient, Natasha Ivanova – a former FBCM member at the 8:30 and 11:00 services. Natasha
will tell her story of finding God’s love after receiving a Shoebox in her native Belarus.

NATASHA IVANOVA was born in Belarus, a few years after the horrific Chernobyl nuclear

disaster with a physical deformity. With a heavy heart, Natasha’s family placed her in a state
run orphanage, the only place she could get an education. While in the orphanage, Natasha
received a colorful shoebox. She was very excited and overjoyed since this was the first time

she ever received a gift. A few years later she learned English and went back to her shoebox to
read a booklet that her shoebox packer gave her. The booklet shared with her the good news of
Jesus Christ. A few years later, she surrendered her life to Jesus. Natasha now lives in the
United States and she believes that God chose her to receive that shoebox to teach her that God

is in control and He knows exactly what He is doing. To hear about God’s faithfulness in her
