                        the table, click Yes. When the In       ask Wizard window appears, select the Social
                        Security Number option       c ick Next. Click Next in the following two windows to
                        accept the input      and the manner in which it is stored, and then click Finish.

                              6. The sixth field is EmployeeAddressl, the Field Size is 35, and the Caption is
                        Address. The seventh field is EmployeeAddress2, the Field Size is 10, and there is no
                        Caption since this is the second line to the Address field. The eighth field is
                        EmployeeCity, the Field Size is 25, and the Caption is City. The ninth field is
                        EmployeeState, the Field Size is 2, and the Caption is State. We will again use an Input
                        Mask for this field to assist the users on input of the data. In the Input Mask property, type
                        >LL. As we saw with the EmployeeMiddlelnitial field, this will ensure than the input is
                        alphabetic and will convert any lower case input into upper case.
                             7. The tenth field is EmployeeZip, the Field Size is 10, and the Caption is Zip
                        Code. We will again use an Input Mask for this field. However, this time we will use the
                        Build     button next to the Input Mask property to invoke the Input Mask Wizard. Use
                        the Zip Code Input Mask as we did for the Customer Table and the Supplier Table (in
                        Chapters 4 and 5). Complete the steps in the Input Mask Wizard.
                              8. The eleventh field is EmployeePhone, the Field Size is 14, and the Caption is
                        Phone Number. Once again, click on the Build button to invoke the Input Mask Wizard and
                        select the Phone Number Input Mask. Complete the steps in the Input Mask Wizard.
                              9. The twelfth field is DateOfBirth. We will change the Data Type to Dateffime.
                        Once again, click on the Build button to invoke the Input Mask Wizard and select the Short
                        Date Input Mask. Click on Finish. The Caption is Date of Birth.
