6. Click on the Rectangle . icon again. Draw another rectangle beginning at
approximately the 3-inch mark to approximately the 5 %-inch mark on the top ruler and
down approximately 1Y2 inches. Draw another rectangle below that rectangle beginning
at approximately the 2%-inch mark to the 6-inch mark on the top ruler and down to the
3Y2-inch mark. Click on the Label icon and draw a label at the center top of the newly
created rectangle. Type "Employee Job Information" in this label. Center it and make it
bold as you did with the label in the first rectangle (see step 5). Make a label for the sec-
ond new rectangle. Type "Employee Payroll Information" in this label, center it, and
make it bold.

7. Now we will begin to drag the fields into the three categories we have created.
Drag the following fields into the Employee Personal Information rectangle:
EmployeeNo, EmployeeFirstName, EmployeeMiddleInitial, EmployeeLastName,
EmployeeAddressl, EmployeeAddress2, and EmployeeCity. Since EmployeeState and
EmployeeZip are not long fields, we can place them next to each other. Drag them into
the rectangle and place them next to each other. Drag EmployeePhone and DataOffiirth
into the rectangle. Now that we have the fields that we want in this area, we need to clean
this up and make it user-friendly.
8. Stretch the EmployeeNo label to the left edge of the rectangle. Click on the
label again and drag the right side of the label rectangle so that the right edge of the rec-
tangle meets the left edge of the Text Box. Double-click on the label and delete the colon
at the end of the label. Drag the right side of the Text Box to the left to shrink the size
of the field.
