RENOVACIÓN DE LICENCIAS DE
GIFT SHOP COMO PERSONAS
FÍSICAS
1. Dirigir una instancia al Señor Ministro solicitando la
renovación de Resolución de la licencia de operación,
especificando que seguirá dedicándose a la venta de
artículos de regalos de género típico o artesanal y
de toda mercancía legal destinada principalmente al
turista, dirección correcta del centro de operaciones,
nombre comercial del negocio y número del teléfono.
En caso de haber cambiado de nombre comercial, pro-
pietario, etcétera, favor indicarlo.
2. 2. Depositar inventario de las mercancías en existen-
cia cuyo porcentaje del producto ofertado no ha de ser
menor al noventa (90%) de manufactura dominicana.
Dicho inventario deberá detallar cantidad de mercan-
cías, descripción, precio unitario de compra, precio uni-
tario de venta y asimismo se establecerá el total en
la columna final el costo globalizado. El precio de las
mercancías deberá estar colocado en un lugar visible
de las mismas en moneda nacional.
3. Inspección realizada por el Mitur.
4. Certificación de la DGII explicando que el pago fiscal
está al día.
5. Pago de la cuota de renovación anual.
6. Certificado de NO antecedente Judicial.
a. Fotocopia del certificado de titulo de propie-
dad o contrato de arrendamiento, inquilinato
o permiso de uso, debidamente notarizado, le-
galizado y reconocida la firma del notario actuante
por ante la procuraduría General de la Republica
actualizado.
Nota: Este Ministerio se reserva el derecho de so-
licitar a los propietarios de establecimientos de Gift
Shop cualquier documentación que estime pertinen-
te para la emisión de la renovación del permiso de
operación.

OF GIFT SHOP LICENSES AS
PHYSICAL PERSONS
1. Address a letter to the Honorable Minister, applying for
the renewal of the Resolution of the operation license,
specifying that it will continue to be engaged in the
sale of articles of a gift or artisanal nature, principally
targeting tourists, main address, center of operations,
commercial name of the business and telephone num-
ber. In the event of having changed the commercial
name, owner, etc., please so indicate.
2. File an inventory of the merchandise on hand, the per-
centage of which product for sale must not be less
than ninety percent (90%) of Dominican manufacture.
Said inventory must specify the amount of merchandi-
se, description, unit purchase price, unit sale price and
in like manner it will establish the total in the final co-
lumn of the overall cost. The price of the merchandise
must be placed in a visible place in same, in national
currencyr.
3. Inspection carried out by Mitur.
4. Certification from DGII explaining that the tax payment
is current.
5. Payment of the annual renewal fee
6. Certificate of NO criminal record..
a. Photocopy of the certificate of ownership or
contract of leasing, rental or use permit, duly
notarized, legalized and with the signature of the
acting notary recognized before the Office of the
Attorney General of the Republic, updated.
Note: This Ministry reserves the right to request the
owners of Gift Shop establishments, for any documenta-
tion it deems pertinent for the issuance of the renewal of
operation permit.
