Aditya Roy Kapur on audience appreciation
for Ludo

Actor Aditya Roy Kapur is happy with the audience response to his role in
Ludo. He plays a stand-up comic and voice artiste in the Anurag Basu film.
“Every day on set was like a surprise. We used to go on set and dada
(Anurag Basu) would put us in the crazy situations, though he knew exactly
what he wanted from every scene. I usually like to prepare and think about
each scene but here I just went with the flow, and it’s amazing to see and
feel all the love and appreciation. This is the first time I’ve tried comedy in
my career and it feels great to learn that people are enjoying it so much,”
said Aditya.
Ludo also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Bachchan, Sanya Malhotra,
Rajkummar Rao, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Rohit Saraf.

Ranveer Singh starts shooting

for Rohit Shetty’s CIRKUS

While Rohit Shetty awaits the release of his
Sooryavanshi in theatres - and that’s at least 3-4
months away, reports say that Rohit has called
‘Lights, Camera, Action’ on his next venture
Cirkus starring Ranveer Singh, Pooja Hegde,
Varun Sharma and Murli Sharma in pivotal roles.
In fact, all four of them were recently seen at
Mumbai’s Mehboob Studios (Bandra) extremely
busy shooting their scenes.

A source says that Rohit and Ranveer kicked it off
very quietly, without calling for too much attention.
Rohit wants to complete Cirkus by February end.
A few portions of the film are supposed to be shot
in Goa and Ooty at a later date. Cirkus is being
targeted for a 2021 winter release.
This implies that Rohit will have two big films in
2021- the Akshay Kumar-led Sooryavanshi and
the Ranveer-led Cirkus.
Ranveer has a double role in this film. Cirkus was
earlier rumored to be a remake of the unforgettable
Sanjeev Kumar-Moushumi Chatterjee-Deven
Varma 1982 comedy caper Angoor. However, the
Simmba director has categorically denied that.

BOLLYWOOD Cirkus will also feature actors such as Siddhartha
Jadhav, Johnny Lever, Sanjay Mishra, Vrajesh
Hirjee, Vijay Patkar, Sulbha Arya, Mukesh Tiwari,
Anil Charanjeett, and Ashwini Kalsekar. Bhushan
BONANAZA Kumar and Reliance Entertainment will reportedly
present the film, while Rohit is not only directing
the movie but also producing it.
