Mountains
SITTING IN THE SHADE of a tree on the Greek island of Antiparos,
I used a dip pen and waterproof India ink with brushed watercolor to
draw the view. The strong diagonal of the composition from bottom left
to top right carries the eye through changes of height and focus from
the foreground to the mountains beyond.
