1.6 Significant of the Study
1.6.1 To investigate the effectiveness pedagogical
model of TGfU and TM in coaching context
using Indian junior hockey players, in term
of ball control, decision making, skill
execution in 5 vs. 5 game play, speed and
accuracy executing general hockey skills,
pulse-rate and cardiovascular fitness
respond. Limited research so far have been
done in hockey especially using Indian
hockey players in India

1.6.3 Findings of the present study will contribute
in enhancing TGfU as pedagogical model
especially suitable in coaching context.
