WINTER OLYMPIC GAMES

Apart from regular Olympic (also known as
Summer Olympic) there are ice sports played
which are familiar with the name ‘Winter Olympic
Games’. It includes Ice skiing (Alpine Skiing),
cross country skiing, Ski jumping, ice hockey,
speed skating, figure skating, snow dewing etc.
These winter Olympic games were firstly started
in the year1924 at Chamonix (France). Then
onward they are held after every four years. The
XVIII winter Olympic were held at Nagano (Japan)
in 1998, The XIX The winter Olympics were
held at Salt Lake City (U.S.A.) IN 2002. The XX
winter Olympic games will be held at Torino (Italy)
in 2006, XXI winter Olympic games at Vancouver
(Canada) in 2010, XXII winter Olympic Games will
be held at Sochi, Russia and XXIII winter Olympic
Games will be held in the Pyeongchang (Republic
of Korea).
