CONTEMPLATED HEREBY SHALL BE INSTITUTED IN THE COURT OF THE STATE OF WISCONSIN, COUNTY OF MILWAUKEE, AND EACH PARTY IRREVOCABLY
SUBMITS TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF SUCH COURT IN ANY SUCH SUIT, ACTION, OR PROCEEDING. THE PARTIES IRREVOCABLY AND
UNCONDITIONALLY WAIVE ANY OBJECTION TO JURISDICTION AND/OR VENUE OF ANY SUIT, ACTION, OR PROCEEDING IN SUCH COURTS AND
IRREVOCABLY WAIVE AND AGREE NOT TO PLEAD OR CLAIM IN ANY SUCH COURT THAT ANY SUCH SUIT, ACTION, OR PROCEEDING BROUGHT IN ANY
SUCH COURT HAS BEEN BROUGHT IN AN INCONVENIENT FORUM.

ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF WISCONSIN WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OR CONFLICT OF LAW PROVISION OR
RULE (WHETHER OF THE STATE OF WISCONSIN OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION).

The Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) containing the Mercury Parts Catalogs and Service Bulletins is available online for subscribing EPC customers. An offline version is
also available for installation using a removable storage device, with updates via download. Features of the Electronic Parts Catalog include:
• Easy access to part numbers and service bulletins
• Easy access to information by product line and serial number
• Create and import pick list to orders and claims
• Access footnotes in special comment section
• Current information available with nightly online updates
• Find part numbers quickly with hot spotting
• Add notes directly in EPC for personal use
• Multiple searches can be open simultaneously
