Contact Mercury OEM Sales at 920‑929‑5838 to arrange Engine/Inflatable pick‑up. Engines/Inflatables may be picked up at the Fond du Lac, WI and St. Louis
(Edwardsville lL) warehouses between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. CST. Boatbuilders must arrive before 3:00 p.m. CST for pick‑up.

MerCruiser orders (Engine/Transom and Drives) require a minimum lead time depending on the model and options ordered.

Duplicate MSO (Manufacturer's Statement of Origin)Request:
MSO’s are mailed automatically with all Outboards and Inflatables. If a duplicate is required please adhere to the following policy:
A duplicate can be obtained via MercNET under Handy ToolsForms and select Sales Forms. Fill out the information requested and submit. MSO’s can only be sent to the
customer it was invoiced to.
Parts & Accessories Non‑Warranty Return Policy
DO NOT REFUSE truck or small package shipments.
P&A product purchased directly from Mercury will be accepted for non‑warranty return if returned within 60 days from date of invoice. No returns after 60 days
are allowed.
If the P&A product return is not due to a Mercury error returns can be requested via MercNET under Order Inquiry from the MercNET homepage. Once the return is
approved by Mercury, an email will be sent with the return instructions.
Non‑Warranty P&A product returns must be sent Freight Prepaid by Boatbuilder to:

Mercury does not accept Freight Collect return shipments.
If the P&A product return is due to a Mercury error, contact Mercury OEM Sales at 920‑929‑5838 for authorization to return product.
P&A product must be returned by a Mercury‑directed carrier with a copy of the Return Authorization Letter and the Return Authorization Number written on the carton.
Additional fees may be applied for any damaged or weathered P&A product returns, including condition of cartons.
P&A product returned without reference to the Return Authorization Number will be returned to the Boatbuilder Freight Collect.
All returned P&A product must be new, undamaged, complete, uninstalled and shipped in original, factory‑sealed packaging. The
P&A product must be an active part number.
P&A product returned in violation of the above policy will be returned to the Boatbuilder. The return freight and a $25.00 handling
fee will be charged to the Boatbuilder account.
Return Authorizations are valid for 60 days
All returns are subject to a restocking fee to be assessed according to the following table (percentages listed are calculated off customer base price, before discounts):

Processing Errors or Defective Parts:
Shipments containing incorrect parts (i.e. picking errors) or order shortages should be brought to Mercury's attention within 10 days of receipt of goods.
Shipments containing packaging errors, incomplete kits or assemblies should be brought to Mercury’s attention.
