Mercury Marine recommends using MercNET for all product ordering, assistance, and customer account information. Please have the correct part number and quantity
available when placing an order. When requesting parts assistance, please have the serial number available.

Shipping Standards and Order Handling

Normal Orders: Normal orders placed and credit–approved by 12:00 noon (shipping DC time) should ship the same day. Normal pickup orders received by 4:30 PM
(shipping DC time) will be ready after 12:00 noon of the following business day. Pickup times are 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (shipping DC time). The Dealer must have the
delivery numbers when picking up the order.
Emergency Orders: To guarantee same day shipping, orders must be placed and credit–approved by 4:00 PM (shipping DC time). Pickup orders with guaranteed
same day shipping must be place and credit‑approved by 12:00 noon (shipping DC time) and will be ready for pickup after 3:00 PM (shipping DC time) that same day.
MercNET Emergency orders are charged a $12.00 Emergency Order fee. Faxed Emergency orders cannot be honored or accepted.

Promotional Program Returns

Parts or accessories purchased under Mercury Marine promotional programs must comply with normal return policies. No program or promotional free items will be
accepted.
General Order Handling Information
IMPORTANT: Orders that contain hazardous product cannot be shipped by air and must be shipped via ground service.
Any order that exceeds 81.64 kg (180 lb.) or any one package that exceeds 68.03 kg (150 lb.) or 3.3 m (130 in.) of a maximum combined length of 2.74 m (108 in.) and
girth will be changed to a truck shipment. All air shipment orders that exceed these measurements will be changed to a comparable air freight service.
