Synthesis of Long Length cDNA (<14 kb)

BioFACT™ RTase is a recombinant type of M-MLV reverse transcriptase(RNase H ) expressed in E. coli. It has greater rst-strand cDNA
-
yields than existing wild type of reverse transcriptase due to inhibition of RNA's secondary structure by its thermostable characteristic
at 50 ℃ for activation. BioFACT™ RT Kit is composed of BioFACT™ RTase, DTT, RNase-free water and optimized reaction bu er including
dNTPs for convenience. BioFACT™ 2X RT Pre-Mix is supplied as a ready-to-use, 2X concentrated Pre-Mix which includes an optimized
mixture of all the reagents (except primers and template) such as RTase, RNase inhibitor, DTT and dNTPs in a 0.2㎖ 8-strip tube.
