Multiplex PCR is a simple, e cient and powerful PCR technique that allows simultaneous ampli cation of two or more target genes
in parallel in a single tube. BioFACT™ 2X Multi-Star PCR Series is available in a convenient ready-to-use Master Mix / Pre-Mix format
which contains Hot Start PCR enzyme and optimized bu er which minimize inhibition of di erent primer sets in same tube during
reaction. Included BioFACT™ H-Star Taq DNA Polymerase which is chemical-mediated Hot Start DNA polymerase enables high spe-
ci c and accurate detection by inhibition of non speci c ampli cation and primer-dimer due to its automatic heat-activation charac-
teristics. BioFACT™ 2X Multi-Star PCR Series is highly suitable for research laboratories, forensic, diagnostic genotyping applications
where simultaneous analysis of multiple markers is required.
