        When creating a file, whether in hard copy or as part of a


             digital filing system, you are likely to use the following


             document categories:

              • Correspondence


              • Pleadings

              • Motions


              • Orders


              • Discovery

        Maintaining all client information in the proper files can


             help you to locate documents quickly and simply. As a

             paralegal, you will be expected to be familiar with and


             proficient in locating materials in a client file upon request.
