I paced around the room while my hands were jittering; I longed for a drink, a hit
and a smoke. It felt so necessary while knowing it could kill the body I’m in.

Weren’t I going to change? What happened to me? I dragged the cocaine out of
my drawer and threw it on the coffee table while making myself a cup of coffee. I
knew that this was wrong, but I felt like I needed it.

“Take it.” A strange voice echoed in my head. “You’re in for a fun ride, or is it
               fun?”

I looked around the room, horrified. I shut my eyes closed as pins and needles

started to fill me. My head spun in circles, and something wrapped around my
neck. I gasped with terror as my breath faded away. It pulled my hair and threw
my head on the table as the glass shattered. An amiss smell and a warm
substance were dripping out of my ears, mouth, and eyeballs. It was a familiar
dark red and iron-like smell. It snatched my leg, and it pulled on me while I
grasped on the ceramic kitchen counter. My bones feel fragile like they would rip

like paper. I tried to scream, but my voice broke into pieces.

“You are sinking with me now. See you at the funeral tomorrow”, the voice
giggled and crackled. And I sank into its laughs.

I gasped for a breath, but I was barely inhaling any oxygen, and caterpillars were
crawling along my skin. I was tugged roughly around my enclosure as my face

pounded the chairs and my skin started to hyperventilate.

“David, snap out of it. You have to listen to me. You’re going insane, aren’t you?”
an unfamiliar voice screamed outside my door while it was punching my doors.

               A feminine figure barged in the door and stared straight at my disfigured eyes;

she grabbed my chin and smudged her finger on my cheek to clean the powder
off my face. I could hear her panting on my chest as she fell into my arms.

“Do I know you?” I asked.
