Inter-governmental Committee (ICC)
• The Inter-Governmental Committee (IGC) was
headed by Lord Lansdowne to draft a perfect
agreement on the formation of Malaysia. The
IGC has also been given the responsibility of
drafting a complete constitution by providing
protection and special interests to Sabah and
Sarawak.
