• The purpose of the establishment of this IGC

is to study the constitutional provisions

related to the participation of Sabah and

Sarawak in the establishment of Malaysia. This

is to create understanding between

governments (Mohd Salleh Abas, 1997: 24).

Aiming to discuss the rights and interests of

Sabah and Sarawak.
