10. (a) What is the meaning of electromagnetic induction?

(a) Diagram 10.1 shows a magnet being pushed into a copper wire coil.
Diagram 10.2 shows the same magnet being pulled out from the copper wire coil.
Using Diagram 10.1 and Diagram 10.2, compare the direction of the movement of the magnet, the
number of turns of the wire coil, and the deflection of the galvanometer.
Relate the direction of the movement of the magnet and the deflection of the galvanometer.
Hence, deduce a physics law.
