Remove persons in immediate Danger
 Call out “CODE RED”

 Evacuate adjacent rooms

Enclose the Fire
 Smoke is the primary concern

 Prevent the smoke from spreading

Activate the Fire Alarm System to notify

 Building Occupants

 Mount Sinai Emergency Response Team
 The Fire Department

Call
 Main Hospital call ext. 5555

 All other buildings call 9-911

 Give the nature of the emergency & location
 They will announce CODE RED & the location

Try to extinguish the fire only if able
