We’re Here for You……
Sinai Health System is comprised of Mount Sinai Hospital, Bridgepoint Active Healthcare,
Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute, and Circle of Care. We combine acute care, complex
and rehabilitative care, primary care, home care, and other community-based services to create an
integrated continuum of care across the life course, from healthy beginnings to healthy aging.
As part of the Sinai Health System, the Organizational Development department applies the
processes and practices that link all employees with the Mission, Vision, and Values. We are
continuously monitoring the organization to help build effective teams, support learning and
development, grow the skills of our leaders, orient new staff effectively and, in partnership with
stakeholders, to promote positive change and growth that significantly enhances the overall
performance of the Sinai Health System.
We have created this information guide for all staff as an introduction to our various programs and
services. If you are new to the Sinai Health System, we welcome you and congratulate you on joining
us. We hope the information in this guide will help launch you into your role.
