               Abstract


               This computer project has studied about the management of car parks. To reduce parking problems by
               studying and developing car park management. At present, there have problems of some parking places
               such as hospital condominium or shopping mall. Because the customer doesn't know where the exact
               parking space is the costumer have to waste time and energy while finding parking spot. So, in the
               present it has parking management system already but It make their owner spend a lot of money and
               hard to manage and maintenance. The purpose of this project is to develop a parking management
               system by using the image processing system and creating programs to execute and display parking
               detection results displayed on screen to save time in searching for parking spaces and to help to reduce
               costs in fuel. Using cameras to get the status of the parking space that be processed by image processing
               and send the status through Line Notify. We use Dialogflow to make Chatbot in many platforms, it uses
               NLP for detect the conversation and reply them with Data of Carpark slot from the Firebase. From the
               test, found that the system can check the availability of the parking space within the parking lot ready
               to send data to user and they can use the Chatbot to find the Carpark empty slot for Parking. Form the
               survey results, it can help them reduce their waste time and this parking management system help the
               owner to reduce the cost for install the parking management system.
