Abstract
Nowadays, exercising is very popular; especially which uses less equipment, saves time, and can do by
oneself at home or with a limited space. Speedlight set – a set of equipment for training agility, speed
and sensory - is only used at some standard fitness rooms because it is very expensive at present so our
project aims to develop the equipment. We have developed the Speedlight set to be cheaper, easier to
install, portable and to be activated via web applications. There are two main modes of operation
including training and competition. In Training mode, users can choose exercise topics with video
tutorials to recommend the use of exercise equipment for training the muscles in the desired part and
the device has various data recording systems via Firebase to collect as statistics to evaluate speed.
Moreover, the results of exercise can show data as display for personal agility, speed development. In
competitive mode, the users can compete by using the same speedlight set; after finished the exercise,
the user has to pass the speedlight set to other players. The result showed that the playing time of each
user is less that mean the user has improved agility by playing speedlight. Users did the exercise more
than the past because of healthiness, strength, and joyfulness with others through using IOTs.
