                                             Project background
                                             •    Menara Technip is a unique 16-storey office building located strategically at the heart of a prominent
                                                  enclave in Kuala Lumpur. The building was designed as a smart building incorporating leading

                                                  edge features such as smart energy saving technology while also boasting luxurious hardscape and

                                                  landscape features.


                                             •    PMSB was tasked with undertaking an extension of the existing building under Technip’s expansion

                                                  programme.
