1896. Detaillierte, gut strukturierte Fassade,
interessante Dachgestaltung, Balkonanbau
in Holzbauweise an der Rückfront. So ist das
Modell geeignet, das Stadthäuser-Sortiment zu
ergänzen. Auch als Eckhaus einsetzbar.

The architect of this drugstore in Oschatz sig-
ned and dated the plans in June 1896. Detailed,
well proportioned facade with fascinating roof
details. Wooden balcony in the rear. An ideal
model to complete a row of city houses or as
eyecatching corner piece.
