Dieser Typ Reihenhäuser entstand vielfach in
den 1930er Jahren am Stadtrand. Sie wurden
schlicht, aber grundsolide und praktisch ge­
baut. Die 3 Gebäude können auch einzeln an­
geordnet werden.
Typical of the type of row houses built in the 1930s
on the outskirts of towns. The design was simple,
solid and practical and required only small lots.
The three buildings can be arranged individu-
ally.

erschlossen. Der Bauboom ist ungebrochen.
Dieser Bauherr ist offensichtlich heimatver­
bunden. Erzgebirgs typische architektonische
Elemente wurden in das Bauprojekt integriert.
Many new housing developments have been
built since 1990, and the construction boom
goes on. This builder is clearly fond of the local
style, as the house incorporates many architec-
tural features typical of the Iron Mountains.
