Since 2020, Central Retail has changed the operating structure of the department store business in Thailand.
Central Department Store and Robinson Department Store are now merged together to adjust work system
to be more efficient, as well as to reduce operating expenses. As of 31 December, 2021, 3 stores have started their
operation, namely, Mega Bangna, Udon Thani and Khon Kaen.
