         Glossary of Retailing Terms



         Glossary of retailing terms, presented in this One-Report, shall have the following meanings:

                                           The method of building, modifying or repairing something without the aid
          DIY (“do-it-yourself”)
                                           of experts or professionals.

                                           Net selling space is the main selling space (excluding rental space and
                                           display windows), including stock rooms, promotion areas, and walkways

                                           Average net selling space per location is the net selling space as of
                                           the date indicated divided by the number of stores as at the date indicated.

                                           The area at a given location that may be rented out to tenants, after

                                           of comparison. The comparison for each store takes into account sales by
                                           that store during the same period it was in operation in both the reporting
                                           period and the period of comparison. The gross sales of all the relevant stores
                                           in the relevant period are then aggregated and compared.

                                           The percentage of net leasable space leased out to a tenant, which is

                                           Omnichannel refers to the confluence of the various shopping channels
