Leaders and Champions for Inclusion
George Alexiou once said, “success follows those who champion a cause
greater than themselves.”
Our Executive Supplier Diversity Champions provide leadership,
advocacy and support to ensure their supplier diversity programs deliver
on a promise of inclusion. They understand the importance to their
companies and the community as a whole, when their supply chain is
diverse and inclusive. One best practice of the National Minority Supplier
Development Council is to ensure supplier diversity efforts have the
backing of the senior line officers.
