Dear Team Member,
                                                                                             We are pleased to present to you this 2022 Open Enrollment Benefits Guide. Our goal is to provide
                                                                                             a comprehensive, market-competitive program for all team members that offers choice and value.
                                                                                             We review our benefits package annually to ensure that it meets that goal. Since we recently
                                                                                             completed the mid-year enrollment for the new combined benefits plan, there will not be any plan
                                                                                             design changes that will impact deductibles, co-pays or out-of-pocket maximums for any of the plans
                                                                                             we offer.  However, as cost trends continue to rise, especially in light of COVID, there are increases
                                                                                             to the employee contributions for the medical/prescription plans only. These changes are reflected
                                                                                             in this guide as well as in Dayforce. Consistent with prior years, the bulk of the increase will be
                                                                                             absorbed by BFS. There are no other employee contribution changes.

                                                                                             The Open Enrollment period will run between October 25-November 5 for benefits effective January
                                                                                             1, 2022. While this enrollment is passive, meaning your benefits will renew if you take no action,
                                                                                             I encourage you to log into Dayforce and review all of the options you have available.  Now is also
                                                                                             a good time to ensure that you have beneficiaries indicated for your life insurance and all of the
                                                                                             information for your dependents are accurate. Please note that any team member who wishes to
                                                                                             participate in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) as of January 1 will
                                                                                             be required to make a new election for 2022.
