Luar kawal kerana tindakan adalah spontan dan pantas.
Involuntary because the action is spontaneous and fast.
4. Jalankan aktiviti di bawah untuk mengkaji kepentingan tindakan terkawal dan tindakan luar kawal.

AKTIVITI
Tujuan : Untuk mengkaji kepentingan tindakan terkawal dan tindakan luar kawal
Aim To study the importance of voluntary and involuntary actions
Radas dan bahan : Pembaris meter, lampu suluh, jam randik
Apparatus and Metre ruler, torchlight, stopwatch
materials
Aktiviti A / Activity A
Arahan / Instruction:
1. Murid 1 memegang hujung pembaris meter pada jarak 40 cm dari lantai.
Student 1 holds the end of the metre ruler at the distance of 40 cm from the oor.
2. Murid 2 meletakkan jari di hujung lagi satu tanpa menyentuh pembaris tersebut
seperti dalam rajah di bawah.
Student 2 puts his nger at the other end of the ruler without touching it as shown in the diagram below.
3. Murid 1 menjatuhkan pembaris secara tiba-tiba dan Murid 2 cuba untuk
menangkap pembaris tersebut secara serta merta.
Student 1 suddenly drops the ruler and Student 2 tries to catch the ruler instantaneously.
4. Rekodkan jarak yang dilalui oleh pembaris meter sebelum murid dapat menangkapnya.
(Jarak yang dilalui oleh pembaris meter ialah masa gerak balas.)
Record the distance travelled by the metre ruler before the student can catch it.
(The distance travelled by the metre ruler is the response time.)
5. Ulang langkah 1 hingga 4 sebanyak tiga kali dan rekodkan purata jarak dalam jadual di bawah.
Repeat step 1 until step 4 for three times and record the average of the distance in the table below.
