advice.
Buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran yang kaya dengan pelawas dapat membantu merangsang proses
peristalsis . Air membantu mengekalkan kelembutan tinja serta memudahkan penyingkiran
tinja melalui dubur.
Fruits and vegetables are rich in fibre that helps to stimulate peristalsis . Water helps to keep the faeces soft and to
ease the elimination of faeces through the anus.

Activity 1: Iodine test for starch Observation
Tambahkan beberapa titis larutan iodin ke dalam larutan kanji. Campuran bertukar menjadi biru tua.
Add a few drops of iodine solution to the starch solution. The mixture turned dark blue.
