1. Carry out the activity below.
Aim: To investigate the changes in volume and temperature of water in two different
conditions.
Materials and apparatus: 2 beakers of same size, 500 ml of water, measuring
cylinder, thermometer
Steps:
1. Prepare the apparatus as shown in the diagram below.
2. Record the initial water temperature before starting the experiment.
3. Observe and record the observations of the changes that occur after 3 hours.
