19 Observed two thermic fluid circulation pumps are on for single thermic fluid heater.
Information collect from Engg.dept that to maintain proper pressure ,second pump
taken on line. One of the reason for above is due to carbonization inside the transfer
pipelines. It increases the pressure drop considerably in the system. and second
reason is that addition of heating equipments in the original process plant area.
Periodical testing of thermic fluid oil is necessary to maintain maximum
effectiveness.
