11 TESTS/ EXAMINATIONS
11.4 Attendance in all examinations / tests is COMPULSORY.
11.5 Pupils who ridicule the examination in any form will be fined at the
discretion of the Principal and the Disciplinary Body. Examinations
are conducted to measure the effectiveness of learning.
11.6 Pupils must avoid any irregularities or dishonesty in the examination.
11.7 For Written Assessment, PT3, SPM and STPM pupils must comply
with the instructions issued by the Examination Board or the
Malaysian Examinations Council.
11.8 Forging signatures or marks in school progress cards / books is a
serious offense.
12 MOBILE PHONES
12.4 Pupils are not allowed at all to bring mobile phones into the school
grounds except with the permission of the administrator.
12.5 Offenses for bringing mobile phones into the school grounds are as
follows:
12.5.1 For first time offence: Parents / guardians will be
notified to come and collect the confiscated mobile
phone and sign the student pledge/contract.
12.5.2 For second and subsequent offences: The confiscated
mobile phones can only be returned to the pupil at the
end of the school year, while the SIM card will be
returned upon request by the pupil.
12.5.3 Notification/ agreement in PTA Committee meeting.
