13 STUDY VISIT AND VISITORS
13.4 If visiting abroad, the application through the Principal must reach
the State Director of Education 6 weeks before the date of visit.

13.5 Any visit or entourage must be accompanied by two accompanying
teachers at least one male teacher and one female teacher.
13.6 Any visit or entourage is not allowed if there are no accompanying
teachers. Teachers are considered the head of the school
delegation. All school delegations must first obtain the consent of
the Principal or the relevant party (State Director of Education).
13.7 Pupils who wish to participate in a visit or entourage must obtain
written permission from parents using a special form.
13.8 Visitors or outsiders are not allowed to meet with pupils except after
obtaining permission from the Principal.

13.9 If the visitor or the parents / guardians who come to take any pupil
out due to an emergency, then they must have the Principal's
permission beforehand.
