Transition and Community Connections Expo
April 23, 2019, 6-8 p.m.
Clear Springs High School Cafeteria

This event is designed for families of children of all ages receiving special services
in Clear Creek ISD. Representatives from various agency and community organizations
will have tables and information available to share services and processes.
Making these connections can improve your child’s access to the community
and their personal success both now and in the future.
