Memorial Hermann Whole Health Network Plan Extended
to Include Galveston and Brazoria Counties

Thanks to new TRS-ActiveCare rules effective September 1, 2018, employees
residing in Galveston and Brazoria County are now eligible to choose
between the TRS-ActiveCare Select / KelseyCare and the Memorial Hermann
Whole Health networks.

Participants cannot be covered under both networks. Current Select plan
participants residing in these counties must change their elections to
AC 1-HD, Memorial Hermann or the Select / Kelsey plan should they wish to
switch networks. Current enrollees will be automatically rolled forward into
their current network if no action is taken. These employees also have the
option to enroll in AC 1-HD if they desire a broader choice of providers.

Residents of all other counties currently enrolled in the Select plan will
remain in the Aetna Open Access network without any action from the
employee. The Kelsey / Select and Memorial Hermann Whole Health

networks are not available in these counties, however employees may also
enroll in the AC 1-HD plan.
