Best of all, we had such fun mak-
ing Gingerbread men, just like the
old lady in the story of ‘The Ginger-
bread Man’, but our Gingerbread
men didn’t run away- we ate them
all up! Delicious! In Maths. we even
learned how to count and add us-
ing Gingerbread men.
During Phonics sessions, we
learned new sounds, how
to blend and read. We can
apply this knowledge to our
writing, which our teacher
says is absolutely amazing!
We’ve had a fantastic year
in EYFS B with Mrs Huda
and Mrs Maria have a spe-
cial place within our hearts!
EYFS B has had a wonderful
year, packed with fun activ-
ities and learning through
play!
Throughout the year, we
have enjoyed listening to,
and making story maps for
our class stories – ‘Handa’s
Surprise’, ‘Mr. Gumpy’s Out-
ing’ and ‘The Gingerbread
Man’, and now we are all
such amazing story tellers!
Come and listen to us!
We learned about the im-
portance of eating healthy
fruit when we shared the
story of ‘Handa’s Surprise’.
Now, we always fill our
lunchboxes with delicious
fruits every day!
We made a fantastic collage
representing ‘Mr. Gumpy’s
Outing’, and covered our en-
tire classroom window with
junk models, paintings and
an enormous green boat!
