Taking a Degree Course In Other Subjects

In some cases, it is not necessary to study the subject at ‘A’ Level and generally no ‘A’ Level subjects are es-
sential e.g. Law. Below are some of the exceptions:

Accountancy Mathematics may be preferred, but entry is possible without it.

Archaeology For BSc courses, Chemistry may be required.

Requirements vary considerably. Mathematics or Physics may be pre-

Most universities welcome a non-science option as the third A-Level in Year 13 whilst a few like 3 Science/
