        The warm morning of June 20, caressed the Bha-
        vanites with a note on the importance of yoga,
        which is the best scheme to demonstrate the ax-
        iom, ‘In a healthy body dwells a healthy mind’.
        Some of the yoga enthusiasts led from the front
        and steered the students and the teachers clad
        in serene white attire, in a mass yoga demon-
        stration. Mrs. Lalitha Premkumar, the Vice Prin-
        cipal of Primary Wing, IES, addressed the yoga
        participants by sharing her treasured experience
        on yoga at the Times Square NY – USA where
        she witnessed 10,000 plus enthusiasts gathered
        to perform YOGA and encouraged the teachers
        and students to practice regular yoga to remain fit
        and improve concentration. Under the guidance
        of Mrs. Madhusmita Acharya, a well-trained yoga
        professional of Indian Education School, Kuwait,
        the students and the teachers found themselves
        doing various asanas with great glee. Warm up
        steps were performed, and all the partakers fol-
        lowed the asanas without any hesitancy.
